Position Title: 

Driver / Customer Service Representative

Position Details:

- Required to have a G class license for operation of Ford F-550 and F-650 trucks, maintaining a clean driver's abstract

- Liaise with dispatcher and office staff

- Fulfill customer orders through delivery or pick-up of disposal bins, ensuring that all associated tasks are completed (such as; laying wood on driveway, tarping bins for transport and sweeping driveways of remaining debris)

- Position disposal bins according to customer's specifications

- Answer customer inquiries on site

- Promote company brand and provide business material (business cards and/or pamphlets) as requested

- Occasionally receive payments from customers in cash form and provide written receipts, then follow correct procedure for submitting cash to office staff

- Adhere to transfer station regulations and procedures

- Maintain vehicles and equipment

- Complete and submit all necessary documentation

- Assist with new driver orientation and training

- Other duties as assigned by the dispatcher
