The price of a rental is dependent on three things; the city that the bin is going to, the type of materials being disposed of, and the weight of the contents inside the bin determined by the transfer station. For an accurate, personalized quote please fill in this short form and one of our associates will be in touch very shortly. For more information on how our pricing works, visit our Pricing page.

Once our driver loads the bin and leaves a site, they bring your bin to a transfer station. Our truck is weighed on its way into the transfer as well as on the way out. What you will be charged for is the exact difference between these two weights. This means that the weight of the bin, truck and driver are not accounted for.
How much can I expect the weight of my contents to be?It’s impossible to say for certain how much a bin will weigh, however we can estimate based on what type of material you are disposing of. With household materials (e.g. furniture, clothing, toys, garbage, appliances) we see an average of about 1 tonne to 1.5 tonnes. With renovation materials (e.g. drywall, plaster, wood, flooring, fencing, decking) we see an average of 1 to 2 tonnes.
What is the price difference between the bin rental sizes? All of our bins are the same price to rent, your final cost will be determined by the weight of the contents inside of the bin. This being said, we usually encourage our customers to choose a bin one size larger than what they are thinking, to ensure that no contents will exceed the height of the bin walls.
How soon are we able to get a bin delivered?Normally we ask for one day’s notice. However, we do offer same-day service if an order is placed by noon we are able to have a bin delivered to your site within 2-3 hours.
Do you use any kind of driveway protection?Absolutely! We take pride in our unique system of wooden boards we place under each bin, to ensure that the bin never touches your driveway. Our drivers also ensure to sweep the area to clear any debris when they return to pick up the bin.
What am I able to put inside the bin?Almost anything! People use our bins for household cleanouts, renovation material, yard cleanups, roofing materials, and more. This includes furniture, glass, windows, electronics, appliances, even a hot tub! The only restrictions we have are on hazardous and biohazardous materials (such as motor oils, car tires, propane tanks, wet paint cans, etc.).
Do you offer bins for soil or concrete? If you are looking to dispose of materials such as soil, bricks, concrete, gravel, patio slabs, etc. please contact our office directly for accurate pricing.
How long can I keep the bin for?Our prices include up to 7 days with the bin, however you are able to keep the bin longer if you wish at just $20 per day.
What methods of payment do you accept? At the time of order we require a security deposit. We accept Visa Debit, Visa, or Mastercard over the phone, or a cash deposit to the driver upon delivery for which the driver will write you a receipt.
We service all of the GTA, York Region, Brampton, New Tecumseth, East/West Gwillimbury, Durham Region, Brown Township, Peterborough, Lindsay, Kawartha Lakes, and Northumberland County. For a more specific service area, see our service area map.
Can I have the bin placed inside my garage or commercial building?Absolutely. Our drivers are experienced in placing bins inside of household garages, commercial warehouses, underground parking and more.
Will my items be recycled? When the opportunity exists, your items will be recycled. Contents of the bins are separated at the transfer station, where items such as shingles, dirt, concrete, electronics, tree and shrub materials will be recycled or repurposed.
Bins can be filled right up to the top of the bin walls. We always ask that customers have a level load as well as not to have contents that exceed the height of the bin walls, to prevent spillage when loading and transporting the bin.
I have a bin and it’s supposed to rain, will I have to pay for the weight of the rain water in the bin?Yes. However, when a driver comes to pick up your bin, the bin is tilted to load on to the truck. When the bin is tilted, we let as much water as we can run out of the bin. Normally the extra weight associated with materials being wet is very small, being that an extra 100 pounds would cost less than $5.
I have a bin in my driveway and the contents in the bin are now frozen/covered in snow. Will you be able to pick up and dump my bin even though it’s frozen?Yes, we will absolutely still come and remove the bin for you. We will dump what we can manually, then partner with the transfer stations to use their machinery to remove the frozen contents from the bin. This is all at no extra charge to the customer, while still pro-rating the added total if we require more than one dump to remove all contents. In this case, you would see two scale tickets attached to your invoice rather than one, to clearly demonstrate how your total tipping fee was calculated.
