Showed up on time, left the bin exactly as specified, and on pickup, they let the water drain before loading and leaving. Again showed up when specified, operator very friendly. Very happy with my experience with Bin There Dump That. Bin was delivered and picked as requested. The staff were friendly and took the precautions to protect my driveway. After it was picked you wouldn't have known a bin was sitting there for 6 days. Best part was the price. I was pleasantly surprised that it was cheaper than anticipated. Well, I must admit the level of professionalism with your company is definitely five stars. You don't expect much more than drop a bin we fill it you take it away, but I have to say that the drivers that came to drop off the two bins were very professional there was no mess left, it was a very tight spot to get into the topped off everything very friendly and this is the second time I've used your service been there dump that the lady on the phone was very friendly. I had zero issue. I got to see the dump ticket how much it weighed , and it was a very fair price for what I threw away huge timesaver. The bins were in excellent shape they were painted they weren't rusty they were clean inside no leftover stuff from other people. The trucks were looked almost new they were clean just overall experience was completely pain-free , well organized they came when they said they were going to come. I asked for an early delivery. They had my been there 7 AM and when I asked for it to be picked up, they were there within hours to pick it up and drop off the new bin very professional I highly recommend this company to suit your needs it's rare to come across a business where it was so smooth I won't even bother looking for another bin company

We have used 'Bin There Dump That' for our last 3 projects and are extremely impressed with the service. The office staff explain the rental process clearly, and are always polite and professional. It is so easy to give your credit card number over the phone and to receive the invoice by email at the end of the job. The drivers who deliver and pick up the bins are friendly and set up the bins so that they don't damage your property. Delivery is always on time. We wouldn't use anyone else!

I did the usual, phone around, and the prices were all over the place, depending on the size of bin. Based on a recommendation from a good friend, I called BTDT. Everything was explained before hand. Bin delivered on time and placed where I wanted it. Pick up was on time. Everyone I dealt with, from the on the phone, to the two drives were great. Answered all my questions. One tip, pack the pin well, they can hold a lot, and take one last look around before calling for pickup. There is always more that could have gone in the bin.

Ordered the bin came on the day and time I asked for. One issue where they charged my card twice for the $ 400.00 hold on my visa but I called and the reversed it immediately and called back to let me know they did make the change. Caught me off guard when the picked it up so quickly after I called to say I was finished with it. Missed 2 items to go into the bin as they picked it up so fast my bad.

It was a last minute decision, early in September, to get a disposal bin on a Saturday morning. Googled disposal bin services in my area, called several places starting with the one closest to me and no luck until I got to 'Bin There Dump That'. Not so close but had to try them just because of the cool name. Well, they came through...9 yard bin by mid that afternoon! Driver pulled up, explained exactly where I wanted the bin placed, he put down the wood planks to protect the asphalt...and bingo...went to town on construction garbage cleanup. Called early in the morning four days later and by 11:00am the bin was gone! Payment transaction was simple...over the phone with a credit card and the service was exceptional. Will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them!!

The driver who dropped off the bin was friendly and informative. He explained the locking mechanism and how some people screwed it up (my words, not his) The bin was clean and easy to fill. If I ever have to dump a lot of garbage again I would not hesitate to use this company again!

I would highly recommend this company. I called last minute desperately to get a bin and they were very friendly and accommodating, explaining the process. The gentleman who dropped off the bin was amazing, placed the bin carefully in our driveway avoiding kids basketball net and explained what can go in and how to open and lock the gate. In a few days another gentleman came to pick up the bin and when I inquired about other garden wooden material he advised that it can be included and helped me to quickly dump it in. Simply amazing service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
